NHF PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM

Dedicated group training designed to educate and train individuals who desire to excel in specific training disciplines including general wellness, powerlifting, bodybuilding, and strongman. 

PHASE 1: TECHNIQUE AND IMPLEMENT TRAINING SESSIONS
Hyper focus on major muscle movements to evaluate an individual’s range of motion, movement efficiency, and current fitness level. Additionally, this phase is dedicated to educating the athlete on the importance of proper movement and execution. Finally, the athlete will learn how to meal prep and maintain an effective diet while in training.​​

PHASE 2: MONTH TO MONTH PROGRAMMING & PERSONAL COACHING

A dedicated NHF coach will write programming for the field of fitness the individual wants to pursue and offer support along the way through movement analysis and program adjustments over time. This includes fully prepped and evolving training program and dedicated coaching support.

  • This program is designed for the individual looking to live a healthy and fit lifestyle but does not necessarily desire to pursue strength sports. This program is specifically designed to focus on the athlete’s overall wellbeing, longevity, and lifestyle.

  • This program is designed for the individual looking to pursue and compete in the sport of powerlifting. The program will revolve around consistent improvement in the three main movements of competitive powerlifting which is the bench press, the squat, and the deadlift.

GENERAL WELLNESS DISCIPLINE

POWERLIFTING DISCIPLINE

  • This program is designed for the individual looking to pursue and compete in the sport of bodybuilding. The program will focus on a deep dive understanding and execution of a combination of hypertrophy & strength hybrid methodology designed to improve an athlete’s physique. In addition, the athlete will learn the appropriate methods of posing and stage performance tactics to assist in competition.

  • This program is designed for the individual looking to pursue and compete in the sport of strongman. The program will be dedicated to moderate to an intense strength building methodology designed for the athlete to effectively perform strongman competitive movements such as learning how to lift logs, atlas stones, hussafell, farmer carry, sandbags, and much more.
